God is orchestrating a church planting movement worldwide, and, yes, that includes right here in Georgia. God may inspire new church plants for a variety of reasons: population growth, population shifts, churches featuring different styles of ministries to reach the previously unchurched in areas of stable populations . . . and the list goes on.
In the New Church Development area of the Georgia Baptist Convention--the "Church Planting Team"-- you can find all kinds of resources for starting new churches, including consultants provided by GBC to help develop strategies for our churches and associations and partnership areas to plant churches that bear much fruit.
